All good things come to an end - and so it is with the quintessential old-school elevators that dot the Saskatchewan horizon with poetic allure. They have become the symbol of our province – I wonder what will be next? They are increasingly giving way to large, efficient, technologically-driven elevators - fewer in number and far less photogenic.
